Meanwhile our trip to Koh Lanta, we had the amazing opportunity to collaborate with the stunning Crown Lanta Resort & Spa. This 5 stars Resort is located in a peninsula at the north of the island, with direct access to three beaches. It features 83 rooms, two swimming pools overlooking the Andaman sea, a fitness center, three restaurants and a beautiful Spa. The staff was lovely and very helpful, and there was also a buggy golf car service to move around the vast property.
Its unique location makes it a quiet and peaceful paradise, away from the crowd, with its very own private beach. It offers a free shuttle service to the city, which was very convenient. It also has a tourism agency in the lobby where you can book tours around the island, and even rent cars and motorbikes at reasonable prices.
We have stayed in a private Pool Villa, which was absolutely beautiful and luxurious. Our swimming pool had a direct view over the sea, where you can spot the well known Maya Bay as well as Phi Phi island, and enjoy the colorful sunsets. The villa had a mini bar, a fridge, a safety box, daily complimentary fruits, water, tea and coffee, and basically anything you possibly need. Every detail was taken care of, and it was perfect.
There are four restaurants and cafes to choose from: "the Cliff", "the Peak", the "Reggae bar" and also the "Crown café", where the afternoon tea is served. The Reggae bar is the best place to enjoy a beautiful sunset while sipping tropical cocktails. We also really enjoyed the tapas menu, and the view was simply stunning.
We had the chance to experience a 60 minute massage at the Infinity Spa, which had been our best massage in whole Asia so far. This high standard spa was beautifully decorated, with a sauna and a jacuzzi, playing relaxing music. The massage was amazing and we hoped it lasted longer.
The breakfast buffet, our favorite part about hotels, didn't let us down at all. It was absolutely amazing, with so many options you don't know which ones to choose. It has its very own egg station, as well as pancake and waffle station. There was also fresh fruit smoothies, french pastries, cereals, tropical fruits, savory dishes as the traditional pad thai and many more. It was located at The Peak restaurant, and the view over the ocean was beautiful. A great way to start the day!
We couldn't be happier of our stay at the Crown Lanta Resort & Spa, and would recommend it to anyone.

We hope to be back very soon!
